Delete Your Account & Data

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Wellington app:

1. 1Open the Wellington app
2. 2Tap the icon in the top right corner to open My Account
3. 3Tap Delete Account
4. 4Confirm the deletion

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email:

We will process your request within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted

• ✓Your account and email address
• ✓All conversations and message history
• ✓Preferences and app settings
• ✓Subscription and usage data

Data we are required to retain

• —Payment records: retained for 10 years (legal accounting obligation)
• —Technical logs: automatically deleted after 90 days
